EMPLOYEE PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
- Counting remuneration according to the regulations being in force and the customer’s remuneration rules and regulations
- Counting sick benefits, care allowances, holiday equivalents and other components of remuneration
- Processing of the employees payroll and Social Insurance Institution and Tax Office payments from a separate payroll subaccount
- Preparation of pay slips
- Preparation of Social Security Insurance, Tax Office, State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled and Central Statistical Office documentation and accounting
- Preparation of certificates, prints and information for the employees
- Handling of remuneration hired non-employee forms of employment (contract work, commissions etc.
- Accounting of the Company’s Social Benefits Fund
- Preparation of non-standard, non-periodical reports consistent with the Customer’s expectations
- Preparation of pension and disability pensions applications (ZUS Rp-7 form), helping with filling in the Kp-1 and ZUS Rp-6 forms
- Proofreading the Social Insurance Institution declarations from the previous years before the service period for a given Customer
- Preparation of payroll audit
